1. How soon can you deliver my order?

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Mondays – Fridays, 9pm-5pm). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone call.

2. Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia if you spend above RM120 per transaction. Delivery fees will be charged as standard rate for order below RM120.

I. West Malaysia – RM8.00
II. East Malaysia – RM10.00

3. How do I make payment?

We accept payments in Ringgit Malaysia (RM/MYR) only. We are supported by iPay88 payment gateway. iPay88 provides extensive payment options, such as Visa/Master, FPX Online Banking and E-Wallet (Boost, GrabPay and TouchnGo)

4. Do you accept product refund(s)/ exchange(s)?

We would make an exchange if the product is deemed to be defective by our team. Exchange of products is considered on a case-by-case basis, only valid within 7 days after item received. Kindly refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy below for more details.
